Cold Coffee with Ice Cream is a very creamy, frothy, and chilled coffee drink made with instant coffee, chilled milk, vanilla ice cream, sugar, and chocolate syrup.  Cold Coffee with Ice Cream is a treat to enjoy on a warm day and it’s very satisfying.  Cold coffee with ice cream is one of the best beverages to enjoy on a hot summer day.  This is a vegetarian recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 tablespoon of instant coffee or to taste.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • 4-5 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  • 2 tablespoons of hot water.
  • 2-3 cups of full fat chilled milk (approximately 500 mL).
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or to taste.
  • Some grated chocolate for garnishing.
  • 7-8 small ice cubes.

Note:  You may increase or decrease the quantity of ingredients depending on your taste and for how many people you are making for.

Making Instant Coffee Solution:

  1.  Take a mixing bowl and add on the instant coffee and hot water.
  2.  Mix very well with help of a spoon.

Method of Making Cold Coffee with Ice Cream:

  1.  Take a blending jar and add on the instant coffee solution.
  2.  Add sugar to taste.
  3.  Add ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup, and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  4.  Blend all the ingredients well until its creamy and frothy.
  5.  Pour the cold coffee in serving glasses, top with vanilla ice cream, and garnish with some grated chocolate.
  6.  Serve this cold coffee with ice cream immediately.
