Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 tablespoon of instant coffee or to taste.
- Sugar to taste.
- 4-5 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- 2 tablespoons of hot water.
- 2-3 cups of full fat chilled milk (approximately 500 mL).
- 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or to taste.
- Some grated chocolate for garnishing.
- 7-8 small ice cubes.
Note: You may increase or decrease the quantity of ingredients depending on your taste and for how many people you are making for.
Making Instant Coffee Solution:
- Take a mixing bowl and add on the instant coffee and hot water.
- Mix very well with help of a spoon.
Method of Making Cold Coffee with Ice Cream:
- Take a blending jar and add on the instant coffee solution.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Add ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup, and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Blend all the ingredients well until its creamy and frothy.
- Pour the cold coffee in serving glasses, top with vanilla ice cream, and garnish with some grated chocolate.
- Serve this cold coffee with ice cream immediately.
